Cross Ankle Release is a deceptively difficult trick which relies solely on your inner thigh contact points for staying on the pole. Keeping your legs squeezed together and internally rotated are the main components that will keep you on the pole. The act of crunching up to exit this possition will naturally cause you to open your knees which can cause you to loose grip. Stay concientious of keeping those legs together while sitting up in this position. This trick is also an exception to the PSO rule set. Since technically it only has two points of contact (thighs) and is inverted, it would be a Level 4 move, but is explicitly allowed in Level 2.
